Hi there, my name's Jamie and I started this blog because I wanted to help people who (just like I did) want to know how to lose body fat without killing themselves at the gym!
The most surprising thing about losing weight is that its not actually as difficult as it seems. So lets go through the basics and the myths about weight loss.
1. Set yourself a realistic goal and stick to it – Make a weekly and monthly plan of how much of a loss you wish to achieve, and if you hit your targets treat yourself to something nice (a nice new top, jewellery, even something small… Anything that will make you happy!), this will encourage you into the thinking that losing weight is a good thing.

2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! - Starving yourself will NOT help you lose body fat! If you regularly eat less food your body metabolism becomes used to the amount of food you are taking in. This means you wont be burning fat, simply eating less for nothing!
3. Exercise the right way – Jogging 50miles a day is all well and good if you’re already an athlete, but there are many simpler, FAR more effective ways of shedding the pounds without spending hours (and a fortune) at the gym!
If you do it right, losing weight can be easy and fun, I’ve personally been through so many diets I wouldn’t even know where to begin listing them, and not once did I enjoy the experience or really lose that much weight.
